Cancellations for all Seminars and Workshops must be received in writing no later than 60 days prior to the first date of the event. Customers must contact our office via email at administration@michaelpalazzo.net. All requests, which are received within 21 - 44 days from any event, will receive a credit for a future speaking engagement within the next 12 calendar months.
Customers who do not attend an event or who request a credit with less than 21 days from the commencement of any event will forfeit all moines paid. Refunds and or credits
for any speaking event produced by Michael Palazzo Productions, Inc, must be received in writing.
